Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders to Canadian addresses. We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: 8–20 business days after processing.

Every order is tracked; you'll get a tracking link by email.

Some items ship from outside Canada. Import duties or fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery. If you receive a notice asking you to pay, contact us at tidydenshop@gmail.com before paying. We will review it and, where appropriate, cover or refund the charge.

Holidays: we'll show order-by dates. We can't guarantee holiday delivery.

Alberta buyers: under the Internet Sales Contract Regulation, you may cancel if goods aren't delivered within 30 days after the stated delivery date (the end of the 8–20 business day window after processing, or 12–20 for rechargeable lights). We'll email you a copy of your order contract within 15 days.
