Returns & Refunds: 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or defective, isn't as described, or you're simply not happy within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a refund.

For most items we don't need the product back.

Change of mind on unopened items: return within 30 days. You pay return postage, and we'll give you the return address. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Cancellations: free any time before your order ships. Refunds for valid cancellations are issued within 15 days.
